How To Get Access To Playable Alpha Builds Of Wildfire

Sneaky Bastards is developing a stealth platformer called Wildfire, in which you control the elements and manipulate your environment to outwit enemies. Earlier in the year, we ran a Kickstarter campaign to fund development, which reached all of its stretch goals. At the $20 tier, backers gained access to regular new alpha builds of the game, as well as a private forum in which they could provide feedback directly to us and help shape Wildfire’s development.
We’ve heard from a number of people, both Kickstarter backers at lower tiers, and those who missed the Kickstarter campaign entirely, that they would like a way to gain access to these playable alpha builds now that the Kickstarter campaign is over. To that end, we’re offering this option: a one-time PayPal payment for alpha access. If you’re not a Kickstarter backer, this payment will be the same amount as the Kickstarter alpha access tier. If you are a Kickstarter backer, you only need to pay the difference between your original pledge and the alpha access total.

Existing Kickstarter backers please note: in order for us to verify your upgrade, please provide either your Kickstarter account name or a link to your Kickstarter profile in the Additional Information text field so that we may verify your status as a Kickstarter backer. If you fail to do this, please send a Kickstarter message to the Wildfire account or campaign page identifying yourself and your purchase. The $10 alpha access offer is not available for those who pledged at the $1 “Support The Game” tier.
For all alpha access purchases, please allow us 24 hours from the time of purchase to add you to the alpha access Google Group.

A final disclaimer: Wildfire’s development is still on track, and will complete regardless of whether or not anyone purchases or upgrades to alpha access with this new offer. The game is not in trouble, and we are not fishing for extra funding. This initiative exists solely to provide people who missed the Kickstarter campaign the chance to take part in early alpha testing, or for those who only pledged to receive the final game but have a renewed interest in checking out earlier builds.
